Vascular Reporting and Tracking

PenVasc optimizes efficiency in the laboratory by automating many of the everyday tasks associated with running an accredited laboratory; eliminating hand written worksheets, dictation and transcription with easy-to-read reports.

Automatic Data Entry

PenVasc receives study data (velocities and/or pressures) from each vascular testing device to populate all related fields on the electronic technical worksheet. This greatly reduces errors and the time needed to produce the preliminary report.

Image Management System (PACS)

PenVasc offers an economical image management system that receives images and cine loops from testing devices and stores them in an image repository (server). The images are then linked to the reports allowing the reading physician full access during interpretation.

IT Interfaces

HL7 Messaging - PenVasc imports patient demographic and order information and exports final reports to HIS, RIS and EMR systems in multiple formats.

DICOM Encapsulated PDF - Final reports are exported as PDF files tagged with DICOM information directly to PACS, retaining the easy to read format.

PACS Viewstation Synchronization - PenVasc and PACS viewstation worklists are synchronized for optimal workflow.
